About the Founder
Ms. Haley Joshi
Advocate & Advisor
Ms. Haley Joshi is the founder of Joshi Legal and one of the advocates in the firm. Her practice has developed through sustained work across civil litigation, intellectual property, arbitration, commercial matters, and regulatory advisory. She began her formal legal career in the trial courts of Vadodara, where she built a strong grounding in procedure, advocacy, and case strategy.
Her practice later expanded in Ahmedabad, where her work expanded into intellectual property among other matters before various High Courts and other forums. Her experience has given her a practical understanding of both contentious and advisory work. She has worked on matters that require careful analysis of facts, sharp procedural awareness, and a clear view of how legal risk translates into commercial consequence.
As founder, she shapes the tone and direction of the practice, while continuing to act as part of the firm's legal team. Her role is therefore both institutional and hands-on: helping define the firm's standards, while remaining engaged in client work across the areas in which the firm practices. That combination gives Joshi Legal its character: structured, responsive, and built around serious legal work rather than appearance.
Her approach is best described as precise, practical, and commercially aware. Whether the issue concerns a dispute, a transaction, an IP matter, or a regulatory question, the emphasis remains the same: understand the facts thoroughly, identify the real legal risk, and respond in a way that is clear, measured, and effective.
